Galvanized steel mesh Construction Joints, or commonly know as High-rib Mesh, is increasingly accepted as a replacement to the conventional timber formwork, which require much post-pour works such as removal of temporary timber joints, hacking and roughening of surface in preparation for subsequent cast. Such conventional method normally generate a weak and inconsistent bonding joint which may crack easily.
High-rib Mesh has ingeniously incorporated the V-shape reinforcement ribs to enhance the bonding to the adjacent wall, resulting a better shear strength comparing to the conventional joint.

Advantages:
Time saving
The elimination of carpentry works means an elimination of striping, cleaning, hacking, and oiling works.
Better strength
Outperforms traditionally prepared joints in shear and bonding strength.
Flexible
Easily cut and bent into shapes.
Light in weight
Thin sheet of galvanized steel mesh provide ease in transportation and installation.
Reduce pressure & trapped air
Open mesh design helps to reduce water pressure and trapped air build-up in wet cement.
